Graduating with a Bachelors degree in 2005 from Western Washington University, McKenzie is a progressive innovator who stays one step ahead of the competition by constantly adapting to the environment around him. An expert at design integration and implementation, he specializes in all aspects of strategic market planning and award winning design. His combined skills as a marketer, designer, and fabricator make him a valuable asset to complete project development.

Gary Schulz, co-owner of Ideation Design Group, is a sign industry veteran with over 18 years of experience. Graduating with a Bachelors degree from Western Washington University’s Industrial Design program in 1992, Gary specializes in material processing and production for all types of electrical and non-electrical signage. He is highly detail oriented with an eye for unique and innovative sign solutions. Gary has been a production manager for large projects in the casino, medical, and commercial sign industries throughout his career and makes customer satisfaction his top priority.
